Adtec launches High Power RF Coaxial Switch Boxes
Adtec has expanded its range of RF Plasma Generation equipment by adding High Power RF Coaxial Switch Boxes to our line up.
A Switch Box sits in your signal chain directly after the RF Generator, and essentially acts a pivot point, dictating the “direction” of the RF power. This means that you can serve multiple chambers using just one generator; the switch box rapidly alternates the signal between the different processes.
